Shipping Methods and Processing Times
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at our discretion, based on the shipping rate or service selected during checkout.
- Order Processing:
- Most orders are processed within 2 - 3 days. However, some orders may require 4-5 business days for processing prior to shipment.
- Custom orders, including but not limited to nameplates or name rings, may take 1-2 weeks for production and processing.
- Custom diamond nameplates or pendants and some solid gold chains require a minimum of 5-7 weeks for production and processing.
- Shipping Time: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

Lost, Undelivered, or Stolen Packages
Candy Jewelers provides delivery insurance for added protection, as we are not responsible for losses incurred during transit or after delivery. In the event that a package is reported as lost, undelivered, signed for but not found, delivered but not received, or stolen, customers must adhere to the following process:
- File a Claim with the Carrier: Customers are required to initiate a claim directly with the carrier responsible for shipping the package. This includes providing all necessary documentation, such as tracking information and proof of value, as required by the carrier’s claims process.
- Completion of Claims Process: No replacement item(s) or refund will be issued by Candy Jeweler’s until the carrier’s claims process is fully completed and a resolution is provided by the carrier.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must promptly notify the carrier and Candy Jewelers of any delivery issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date or the date the package was marked as delivered.
Candy Jeweler’s is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or deemed undelivered after being transferred to the carrier, including packages marked as delivered but not found or signed for but not received. International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Candy Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by customs, government agencies, or other international processing requirements.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and for complying with all applicable import requirements in their country. If an international package is delayed, refused, returned, abandoned, or held by customs due to unpaid duties, taxes, fees, or other import requirements, the customer may be responsible for any resulting return shipping, customs, storage, or other applicable charges. Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tracking information may also be limited or may not update continuously while a package is being processed by customs or transferred between carriers.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees, as well as any additional delays resulting from customs or import procedures.
